Welcome to 9jaWin ("the Site"). By registering an account, playing any game, or using any part of this Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm you are 18 or older. The Site is operated for entertainment purposes. Participation is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

One account per person. You may not open or operate more than one account, and you may not open an account on behalf of another person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. You are responsible for keeping your password, your withdrawal PIN and your device secure. The Site may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms.

3. Balances

All amounts are in Naira (₦). Your account holds two separate balances:

• Cash balance — the money you deposit, plus anything you win with it. This is your own money.
• Bonus credit — promotional credit we give you (welcome bonus, first deposit bonus, VIP weekly cashback, check-in rewards and so on). Bonus credit is playable but is not directly withdrawable.

Funds are credited once your deposit is confirmed. Balances have no expiry unless your account is closed for breaching these Terms.

4. The Games

Dragon Tiger — one round every 60 seconds. Dragon pays 1.95x, Tiger pays 1.95x, Tie pays 8x. Minimum bet: ₦100.

Sic Bo — one round every 10 minutes. Three dice are rolled and you can bet on Big / Small / Odd / Even (1.95x), the exact sum, triples, pairs, 3 different numbers, 2 different numbers and straights. The payout for every option is displayed on the page before you bet. Bets close 15 seconds before each draw.

Baccarat — one round every 60 seconds. Bet on Player, Banker or Tie. Player pays 1.95x, Banker pays 1.95x, Tie pays 8x.

Fruit Machine — a 24-cell retro fruit ring with 8 backed symbols. Each cell pays its own original multiplier on the player's stake for that fruit: normal BAR 100x, BAR X50 cell 50x, 77/star/watermelon 20x, bell/lemon/orange 10x, apple 5x, and X2 cells 2x total. The payout is the stake on that fruit × the cell multiplier, not the base multiplier × a bonus. LUCK keeps the original 55% send / 15% no win / 30% special split: send lights pick 1-3 random cells except the LUCK stop and pay the lit cell multiplier on the player's stake for that fruit; special combos use the original lit-cell settlement: each lit cell pays its printed multiplier on the player's stake for that fruit, and unbacked lights pay 0. Special and send-light payouts are capped at the configured risk cap (default 4x the total bet per spin). High-multiplier cells are rarer so the overall return stays around 90%. After a win the player may gamble the pending win on 1-7 小 / 8-14 大: a fair 50/50 double-or-nothing, not a separate stake, repeatable. Pressing START collects the pending win. The maximum win per spin is ₦2,000,000; a cap is applied before crediting. Minimum total bet: ₦100.

Bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or amended. Results are final.

5. Free Daily Draw

Every registered user may claim one free entry per person per day in the free draw shown at the top of the home page. No deposit or payment of any kind is required to take part. One winner is selected for each draw and announced on the Site. Free entries do not carry over to the next draw — claim yours each day.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Current promotions (all paid as bonus credit, not withdrawable cash):

• Welcome bonus — ₦1,000 on registration.
• First deposit bonus — an extra ₦1,000 when your first deposit is ₦1,000 or more.
• Daily check-in — ₦50 per day, ₦500 for a full month.
• VIP — levels based on total betting turnover, with a weekly cashback credited every Monday, from ₦500 up to ₦20,000.
• Agent commission — see section 9.

Turnover requirement: every deposit and every bonus creates a separate turnover bill equal to 1x its amount. All bills must be settled by betting before a withdrawal can be made. Turnover from earlier play cannot be used against a later deposit or bonus.

The Site may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions results in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Deposits

Deposits are made by bank transfer to the account shown on the Deposit page, followed by submission of the transfer reference on the same page. We accept Kuda, Paga, OPay, Moniepoint and other Nigerian banks. Deposit requests are normally verified and credited within 1 hour. Please keep your transfer receipt until the credit appears.

8. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal you must meet all of the following:

1. Your email address is verified.
2. You have made at least one deposit. This is a one-time unlock — once done, your withdrawal channel stays open permanently.
3. The amount requested is at least ₦1,000.
4. You have set a 4-digit withdrawal PIN (My Account → Security).
5. All turnover bills created by your deposits and bonuses are fully settled (see section 6).

A 1% fee is deducted from the amount you withdraw. Requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours, usually much faster. Withdrawals are paid to the bank account details you provide; the Site is not responsible for funds sent to details you entered incorrectly. Bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn.

9. Referral & Agent Program

Share your invite link from My Account → Invite and Earn. Invitations themselves do not pay cash and deposits do not pay commission. Team commission is reserved for approved agents: apply in the Agent Center, and once approved you earn a rebate on the betting turnover generated by your team. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral farming are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commission and may lead to account closure.

10. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You may not: operate multiple accounts; use bots, scripts, emulators or automated tools to place bets or claim promotions; exploit bugs, errors or mispriced odds; use stolen or unauthorised payment methods; or attack, overload or attempt to damage the Site. Accounts found in breach may be suspended and any balance forfeited without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

11. No Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including losses caused by force majeure, technical failures, network interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
